This Privacy Policy explains what information the ZephirexULTRA mobile app (“ZephirexULTRA”, “we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By creating an account and using the app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information — the email address and password you provide when you register. Passwords are stored only as a salted hash and are never readable by us.
• A unique account identifier that links your data to your account.
• Content you create in the app — price alerts, trade journal entries, notes, tags and lessons.
• Exchange connection details — if you choose to connect an exchange, we store the read-only API key/label you add so the app can fetch your balances and trade history. We request read-only access only; we cannot place trades or move funds.
• Portfolio and trading data retrieved from the exchanges you connect, so we can display your positions, performance and analytics.

How we use your information

• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To provide the app’s core functionality: portfolio overview, positions, price alerts, trade journal and (on paid plans) AI coaching.
• To sync your data across your devices via our secure backend.

What we do NOT do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your data with third parties for advertising.
• We do not use your data for cross-app tracking or build advertising profiles.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored on our secured backend and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Exchange API keys are stored encrypted. While no system can be guaranteed perfectly secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your alerts, journal entries and exchange connections at any time from within the app. To delete your entire account and all associated data, contact us at the email below and we will remove it.

Children

ZephirexULTRA is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
